- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mash banana until smooth.
- Stir in almond flour, chia, cinnamon, and coconut milk.
- Mix thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
