Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mash banana until smooth.
