- ½ cup certified gluten-free oats
- 1 cup oat, coconut, or rice milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ banana (mashed) or ¼ cup berries
Instructions
- Add oats, milk, chia, and maple syrup to a jar.
- Stir until combined.
- Add fruit and seal the jar.
- Chill 6–8 hours or overnight.
- Stir and enjoy cold or warm.
