Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat, coconut, or rice milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ banana (mashed) or ¼ cup berries

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, chia, and maple syrup to a jar.
  2. Stir until combined.
  3. Add fruit and seal the jar.
  4. Chill 6–8 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir and enjoy cold or warm.
