Description

This Sausage Bacon Hashbrown Egg Casserole is the ultimate breakfast bake—creamy, hearty, and bursting with flavor. With crispy bacon, savory sausage, cheesy hashbrowns, and fluffy eggs, it’s the perfect dish to brighten your morning!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Crumble into small pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns with cooked sausage and bacon.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mix and stir well to coat everything evenly.
  7. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix again.
  8. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly inside.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
  10. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Customize with veggies or different cheeses for added flavor. To store, refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
