- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 slices bacon
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Crumble into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns with cooked sausage and bacon.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mix and stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix again.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly inside.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
